I believe everyone deserves to be happy and healthy. My mission is to guide you and support you in reaching your health/wellness and life goals. This guidance and support may come in the form of encouragement and information, or it may come in the form of a gentle nudge in the right direction. My job is to hold you to the highest version of yourself!
I have been a school psychologist for 27 years and am experienced in behavioral change. I am also a registered yoga teacher and certified health and life coach. I am passionate about empowering people to live their best life. I believe laughter is the best medicine and use humor frequently in my practice.
I will provide you with a safe space to share your goals and dreams as well as the obstacles that are holding you back from getting the results you want. We will work together to develop a plan that will fit into your lifestyle. You will receive 1:1 weekly virtual coaching sessions, in addition to ongoing support throughout the week in the form of texts, phone calls, and emails.

In the beginning of this journey, I wasn’t sure how this program would work for me. I am one of those people who have tried many diets over the years, with varying success. Now as I face midlife, I have osteoarthritis which has been very debilitating. Thru Suzi’s coaching I have learned so much about myself and why I react to different things the way I do and how to change those patterns.
This program has transformed my thinking not only about myself and my eating, but most importantly, my whole self. Now instead of focusing on the big steps, I break things down into smaller steps that are doable. Doing that makes the task manageable and gives me the feeling of success.
The most important thing I am learning on this journey is to accept it when I don’t meet a goal for the day or week. Instead, I practice gratitude. When I wake up the next day, I remember how grateful I am for the progress I have made and name them as many of them as I can. It’s a new day, a clean slate.
